“What do you want for Christmas?” asked Father Christmas/Santa Claus.
“A warm bed” cried the babies at the shelter. “It gets really cold at night on the floor.”
So this Christmas the Friendicoes shelter was blessed with beds for all the babies by their own secret Santa. One post on social media got them their wish. Animal lovers as always responded very generously and the beds are still coming in for the babies. A 100 have come in and another 100 are on the way for the dogs under permanent care in Friendicoes Gurgaon sanctuary.
The appeal received immense support from our friends and well wishers and was covered by CNN IBN on their Christmas special programs.
